Mid-Atlantic Speech and Debate is a homeschool forensics club competing in the NCFCA, the National Christian Forensics and Communications Association (www.ncfca.org). Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles. If you
are a home schooler, the classroom portion can be taught at home. The
student must currently be enrolled in an approved home-school program
(according to state law) to receive home-schooled driver education program
credit. In-car instruction must be taken at a commercial driver training
school or at a public or private school. Click

HEARTHSS- We are a Christ centered nondenominational homeschool support group in Portsmouth, Virginia. HEARTHSS stands for Home Educators Association for Restoration in Teaching Homeschool Support. Our purpose is to provide support and encouragement to parents who desire to educate at home.
